Exchange Policy
While we do not accept returns or provide refunds, we may offer exchanges under the following strict conditions:
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges will only be considered for items that meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Item must be in completely unused condition
- Item must be in original packaging with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact
- Item must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Exchange request must be initiated within 7 business days of the original purchase date
- Original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are never eligible for exchange:
- Items removed from original packaging
- Items showing any signs of use or wear
- Items with missing tags, labels, or accessories
- Damaged or altered items
- Items purchased with promotional codes or during clearance sales
- Bundled products
Exchange Process

- Provide Details: Include your order number, item details, and reason for exchange request
- Wait for Authorization: Do not send any items until you receive exchange authorization from our team
- Ship at Your Expense: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges
- Inspection Required: All items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt to verify eligibility
Exchange Limitations
- Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability)
- We do not exchange for different products
- Only one exchange per item is permitted
- Exchanges are processed on a case-by-case basis and approval is at our sole discretion
- Exchange authorization expires 7 days from the date of our approval email
Important Conditions
Shipping Costs
- Customer pays all shipping costs for exchanges
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance
Processing Time
- Exchanges are processed within 7 business days after we receive and approve the item

Quality Control

Defective Items
In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item due to manufacturing defect or shipping damage:

- Provide photos of the defective item and packaging
